Our client a UK leading real estate and planning consultancy has a fantastic opportunity available for a Town Planner to join their Bristol based team.

The successful Town Planner will have the opportunity to work on a verity of exciting projects withinthe residential, commercial, retail and mixed use sectors.

Qualifications and Experience:

Duties:

Preparing planning appraisals for land and buildings
Writing reports and making recommendations
Liaising with clients and planning officers
Undertaking research and analysis
