About the Role of a Customer Service Representative for Bupa

  • Impressive IT skills, with the ability to multitask
  • Superb rapport building skills
  • Amazing levels of active listening, empathy, and resilience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Thorough approach to following account processes
  • Previous experience in a customer facing support role
  • Enthusiastic team player, always ready to take up the next challenge
  • Able to attend remote fulltime training
  • Can provide a dedicated home working space that offers safety and comfort
  • Cooperative in providing own IT setup in a way that minimises environmental impact
  • Fantastic approach to utilising internal engagement tools to thrive, have fun and progress on the career ladder
