We have an exciting opportunity for someone wanting to break into the Lettings Administrator role based out of our Hinckley Road, Leicester office.
No experience is necessary as full training will be given.Brief duties of the role:
- Registering new applicants and discussing their requirements
- Arranging and conducting viewings
- Liaising with landlords and providing feedback
- Tenant referencing
- Prepare documents for new tenancies
- Arrange tenancy renewals
- Deal with any other propertyrelated issues that may arise within the team
- General lettings administration and teamwork
- Customer focused understand the importance of making a fantastic first impression.
- Personable, professional, and friendly.
- Knowledgeable be confident in providing high quality advice, service, and professionalism.
- Successdriven, passionate, and motivated.
Required skills and Experience:
- A full and clean driving license.
- Be within a maximum 1hour commute time of our office.
