CYLINDRICAL GRINDER


Due to an increase in workload, we are looking for an experienced CYLINDRICAL/ SURFACE GRINDER based in the Derbyshire area.

Over 90 years as a leading British manufacturer of innovative grounds and maintenance equipment.

£20ph

Day shift

Monday

  • Thursday 7am4pm or 7.30am4.30pm (flexible)
Friday 7am-12pm or 7.30am-12.30pm

Temp on going


Key Responsibilities:

  • Cylinder grinding
  • External grinding and dress/change wheels experience
  • To ensure that Health and Safety rules and regulations are adhered to at all times
  • Working with various metals such as stainless and mild steel
  • Experience wheel changing and abrasive wheel work
  • To take responsibility for the quality of work
  • Ability to read drawings
  • Maintain housekeeping standards so that a high level of housekeeping is maintained throughout and to ensure a clean and safe workplace

Shift and Rate for the Cylindrical grinder vacancy:
Day Shift 39 hours a week Monday

  • Thursday can be flexible) Friday finish at lunchtime
£20ph


Salary:
£20.00 per hour
