Are you an experienced Customer Service Advisor looking for a new opportunity in the Cambridge area? Swanstaff Recruitment is currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a well-established Engineering Supplies business


Salary:
£23,000 per annum


Job Title:
Customer Service Advisor

Hours: 9am-5pm


Location:
Cambridge


Duties:


  • Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional attitude
  • Answer incoming customer service inquiries
  • Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely manner
  • Process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain customer records and enter data into computer systems

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problemsolving skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently
