About the Role:


As a Senior Support Worker, you will be an integral part of the care team, focusing on recognizing and facilitating the daily needs of residents.

Your responsibilities include conducting formal supervisions and appraisals, contributing to care planning, and coaching support workers.

Emphasizing high quality, the purpose of this role is to maintain the personal care needs of residents, respecting their dignity and promoting independence.


Reporting Structure:

This position reports to the Home Manager/Deputy Manager/Nurse.


This Role Could Be Ideal for You if You Have:

  • Previous experience in a senior care role

Qualifications:

You will have, or be working towards, NVQ3 in Health & Social Care.
