Medi-Plinth limited is a medical devices/furniture manufacturer, looking to recruit an experienced Production Team Leader to join an established manufacturing team.

Previous experience with medical devices is not essential; however, experience of a factory/ manufacturing environment is essential.

This is a varied role in a busy environment and will require a positive and flexible approach. The successful applicant will have good practical skills, punctual time keeping and an aptitude to learn.


Responsibilities

• Liaise with senior management for production plan targets.
• Communicate plans and targets to Production Assistants.
• Monitor stock levels.
• Assembly of product.
• Packaging and dispatch of product.
• Loading and unloading of deliveries.
• Report any health & safety concerns to senior management.
• Report any damaged equipment.
• Maintain a clean and tidy working area.

Requirements:

• Previous experience of warehouse team management (desirable)
• Experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Basic IT skills including Microsoft Word & Excel.
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation.

Salary depending on experience
