    • Perform routine performance verification and preventative maintenance to keep equipment operating at peak efficiency.
    • Efficiently install and commission new equipment, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
    • Diagnose and resolve equipment breakdowns promptly to reduce downtime.
    • Advocate and support audits, calibrations, and validation activities across PI and cross-divisional product lines.
    • Collaborate effectively with other departments to support business objectives.
    • Provide outstanding customer service to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships.

    What You Need to Succeed

    • Proven experience in Electrical, Electronic, and Mechanical engineering, demonstrating a strong technical foundation and ability to work across multidisciplinary systems.
    • Solid track record working within a customer-facing service environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deliver high-quality customer service and technical support.
    • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism and a customer‑focused approach.
    • Experience with installation, commissioning, preventative maintenance, and breakdown rectification.
    • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team, showing adaptability and a proactive attitude.
