Description
Russell Taylor Group require Property Surveyor's for the Central Belt.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct comprehensive property surveys to identify and assess various structural issues.
  • Provide detailed recommendations and solutions for addressing identified problems.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to develop tailored action plans.
  • Prepare thorough reports outlining survey findings, proposed interventions, and cost estimates.
  • Stay abreast of industry regulations and best practices in property assessment and remediation.

Requirements:


  • HND in a relevant field (e.g., construction, architecture, engineering).
  • Proven experience in property surveying or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in relevant surveying tools and software.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for onsite inspections.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
