Located in the heart of Bristol, the successful Administrator will join a large shared business service.


Responsibilities of the Administrator:


  • Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient office environment.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment.
  • Ensure office security and coordinate access for employees and visitors.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
  • Other general administrative duties

The Successful Applicant:


The successful Administrator:


  • Proven experience in an administrative role or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
