Service Delivery Manager - ITIL, CRM, Data Centre


One of our large multi-national clients are currently embarking on a range of improvement programmes across their IT, Applications, Service Management and Core Infrastructure/systems estate.

Due to the nature of the role, you will need to have the following experience

  • Strong Service Desk and Desktop Delivery and management experience would be key to this role.
  • Strong ITIL certified process professional, has been a strong process owner across incident, problem and change management in their roles.
