One of our large multi-national clients are currently embarking on a range of improvement programmes across their IT, Applications, Service Management and Core Infrastructure/systems estate.
- Strong Service Desk and Desktop Delivery and management experience would be key to this role.
- Strong ITIL certified process professional, has been a strong process owner across incident, problem and change management in their roles.
