Experienced administrator required for our production office in Grantham.


Resposibilities and main duties:

  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
  • Ordering of stock in line with set budgets
  • Admin of timekeeping and payroll within department
  • Prepare documents and reports as needed
  • Carry out new employee inductions
  • Admin of health an safety tasks as required by department manger / H&S coordinator.
  • Helping to influence the day to day function of the production working under the guidance of the GM / Operations Manager / Production Manager
  • Other ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary:
£11.00 per hour
