Business Support Assistant to join a highly motivated team to assist in the smooth running of our business operations.

To be considered for this
'front of house' position you will have at least 1 year's previous administrative experience and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (particularly Word/Excel) and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

The role will include, but not be limited to, the following elements:

Front of House Reception;
Organising staff travel, including car hire and accommodation bookings;
Diary management including making appointments, arranging meetings, facilities, refreshments and hospitality as necessary;
Assisting in data entry of timesheet information using SAGE 200;
General purchasing;
Mail management;
Events management;
Liaising with staff and with external stakeholders as required;
Providing general business support to EnviroCentre staff across all regions.

Your skills and experience will include:

Competent in the use of Microsoft Office, with excellent keyboard skills;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; and
Accuracy with good attention to detail;
Ability to organise and prioritise workload and plan ahead with little supervision;
Selfmotivation and initiative.
