Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, photocopying, and filing
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate meetings and conferences, including arranging catering services and preparing meeting materials
- Assist with travel arrangements for staff members
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Skills:
- Proficient in using computerized systems such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to type quickly and accurately
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures

Salary:
£27,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
