Even though there is no guaranteed work-from-home option, we provide flexibility where you can ask to work remotely for up to half of the working days in a month, given there is no essential need to be physically present in the office.
Role:
Joining a small yet effective team as a Coordinator, your primary focus would be to deliver top-notch service to our car and bike dealers, along with our valuable customers.
This position entails working flexible shifts between 9:00-17:00 and 10:00-18:00.
Additionally, there is a requirement to work alternate Saturdays with compensatory time off during the week.
Main Responsibilities:
- Adhering to the department's Service Level Agreements, handling phone inquiries from customers and dealers.
- Cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with Dealers through effective communication, ensuring each interaction with the team is enriching.
- Delivering top-tier customer service experiences.
- Managing changes to customers' finance agreements.
- Accurately allocating manual payments to customers' agreements.
- Efficiently verifying finance documentation.
- Addressing correspondence from customers.
Qualifications, skills and experience:
Required
- Previous experience in a customer service setting.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to establish relationships with customers and colleagues, displaying empathy and thoughtfulness.
- Strong organizational skills, capable of prioritizing, multitasking, and meeting deadlines, even under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
Desirable
- Prior experience in a customer service role within the motor finance industry is advantageous.
