Our team is nearly complete, and we are currently recruiting for a talented People Partner.
The primary focus is to partner with business leaders to enable them to successfully coach, lead and empower their people to succeed as a team.
In this role you will support all Thérapie Group brands including Optilase and Thérapie Fertility.We want to people to do their best work at Thérapie and as a people team you will be integral to creating that environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for people related queries and providing best practice service to all team members in line with employment law
- Serve as a partner to business leaders
- Ensure a positive and professional culture among the team by demonstrating the Thérapie values
- Provide support in all areas of the employee life cycle to all levels of employees
- Lead projects in line with project management best practises
- Resolving front line employment related issues and concerns with discretion whilst maintaining confidentiality;
- Lead, coach and empower your internal stakeholders to do their best work
- Be abreast of company policies and procedures and legislation
- Maintain and update all HR policy and process documents where relevant
- Work with the People Director to instil best practice people processes
- Assist with relevant acquisition and integration processes
- Assist in rollout and management of People Team initiatives and programs
- Provide input and support People Strategy and ensure deliverables are aligned with business culture
What we look for:
- Experience and knowledge of the People function, partnering directly with all areas of the business;
- Project Management
- Experience in Disciplinary and Grievance case management
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Organisational skills; Proactive, Selfdirected and detail oriented, with strong analytical, problem solving and creative thinking skills
- Experience using HRIS systems and reporting functionality, Softworks preferred.
- Experience in managing employee relations issues
- Ability to manage multiple, shifting priorities in a highdemand, fastpaced environment
- Ability to collect, compile and analyse data, assemble information, and prepare reports
- Ability to effectively interpret, maintain and communicate policies and procedures
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Proficiency in Excel
