AJ Chambers is working with a professional services organisation in Milton Keynes that is currently recruiting for a Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join their team on a fixed terms basis.

This role will be hybrid with 3 days working from home.

As a Commercial Contract Lawyer, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, including but not limited to sales agreements, service agreements, licensing agreements, and supply agreements.

Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and minimizing risks for the company.
Advise clients on contract terms and conditions, legal implications, and potential risks.
Conduct legal research and stay uptodate with changes in legislation, regulations, and case law related to commercial contracts.
Work collaboratively with other legal team members, as well as other departments within the company, to ensure legal compliance and to support business objectives.
Participate in contract management and review processes, ensuring that contracts are properly executed, stored, and renewed.
