Key Responsibilities:

Conducting data entry of social media content into spreadsheets, databases, and other software

Managing and organizing social media data, including photos, videos, and captions

Maintaining a high level of accuracy when inputting data into social media platforms

Collaborating with team members to ensure data accuracy, consistency and quality

Performing quality control checks on data entered to ensure accuracy and completeness

Analyzing data to identify trends and create reports for management

Regularly updating spreadsheets and other software with new information

Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures for data entry and management

Staying up to date on changes and updates to social media platforms to ensure best practices are implemented


Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred

2+ years of experience in data entry or social media management

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel

**Working Conditions: The Social Media Data Entry Administrative will work remotely and must have a reliable internet connection and appropriate software and hardware to complete the job responsibilities. This position may require occasional overtime and evening or weekend work to meet project deadlines.
