Full Time Administration Assistant
Kingston upon Hull HU3 2BP

Independent Cleaning Services are looking to recruit a full time Admin Assistant to work with our Management team. The role is 35 hrs per week, 9am-5pm monday-friday with 1hr dinner.


The Role

The successful applicant will be required to:

  • Have good organisation and communication skills.
  • Answer the phone and respond to enquires from Customers and Employees.
  • IT literate, proficient with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
  • Carry out general Administration. Experience in payroll and HR would be an
advantage

  • Operate internal data base system.
  • Maintain time and attendance system.
  • Liaise and work with the Operations team.
  • Update records and data.
  • Administrate spreadsheets.
  • Ability to produce letters to a good standard.
  • General administration and IT skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Can do attitude.
  • Have excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and without supervision.
.Payroll experience

Full time hours: 35 per week

Starting at 19,000 per annum, dependent on experience
