Independent Cleaning Services are looking to recruit a full time Admin Assistant to work with our Management team. The role is 35 hrs per week, 9am-5pm monday-friday with 1hr dinner.
The Role
The successful applicant will be required to:
- Have good organisation and communication skills.
- Answer the phone and respond to enquires from Customers and Employees.
- IT literate, proficient with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
- Carry out general Administration. Experience in payroll and HR would be an
- Operate internal data base system.
- Maintain time and attendance system.
- Liaise and work with the Operations team.
- Update records and data.
- Administrate spreadsheets.
- Ability to produce letters to a good standard.
- General administration and IT skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Can do attitude.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and without supervision.
Full time hours: 35 per week

Starting at 19,000 per annum, dependent on experience
