Overview of the role:

To work within the Service New Product Introduction team in parts set-up, following an established Plan for Every Part (PFEP) process to ensure that for each Machine launched, our readiness KPI's are met.

To work closely with the Senior Purchasing Project Controller on strategic decisions on parts stocking, initial set-up, and procurement volumes for warehouse volumes.

Your Responsibilities as a:
Purchasing Project Controller
Engaging with vendors & the setup of purchase cost prices for all service parts

stocked & supportable for NPI projects & same for any service bulletin parts requirements within various systems, including the set up same for service only parts.

Activities in planning & scheduling to meet set KPI procedures, commercial pricing & reporting against NPI metrics per project. Responsible for maintaining of the PFEP (plan for every part) Excel document per project.

About you:

Previous roles in a purchasing capacity and proven industry experience within a manufacturing, operations, or parts environment
CIPS qualification desirable but not essential.
A process driven and structured work approach.
Effective communicator and able to develop relationships internally and with strategic suppliers.
Experienced in the use of SAP systems.
Good command of MS office products and at an advanced level in Excel.
Flexibility in terms of work content and response to variable requirement
