We have an excellent opportunity for a multi-skilled Responsive Technician to join our Healthy Homes team.

In this role you will deliver an effective, responsive and proactive service to help improve the well-being of our residents and the general maintenanceof our properties.

This includes ensuring that our properties, communal areas and external grounds are safe, secure, clean and well maintained by carrying routine inspections and rapid response to repairs and housing issues.


You will be expected to work in a timely and efficient manner while promptly reporting all defects, hazards and repairs to the Healthy Homes Team.

Building and maintain positive and productive relationships with partners and residents is vital to the successof this role and can be achieved through clear-constant communication as well as high service delivery standards.


Adherence to One Manchester's ethos and company health and safety procedures and guidelines are important as a member of this team and in mitigating against potential health and safety hazards to residents and our properties.


We would love if you have the following:

  • Practical ability to carry out property maintenance repairs, and to be alert to housing issues.
  • Knowledge of relevant health & safety and procedures and COSHH regulations.
  • Able to carry out building maintenance repairs to an excellent standard on your
  • Excellent customer service skills.
