PRICING MANAGER

UP TO £77,000 + PENSION + BONUS

LONDON
An exciting Fintech company is currently hiring for a Pricing Manager. This role will involve working closely with the Senior Manager in driving the profitable growth of the company's products.


THE COMPANY
This Fintech company is based in London.

They are a responsible lender with their focus being on customer well-being which has allowed them to grow and become very successful.

They have a few offices in the UK and have a hybrid working from home and officesystem providing great flexibility for its workers.


THE ROLE
The role is a Pricing Manager position which will involve working on existing customer strategies to increase profitability.

You can expect to be involved in the following day to day:

  • Using NPV models to balance customer and commercial considerations when setting the pricing, margin, and investment in the business products
  • Develop and optimise offer pricing and testing strategy for existing customer management
  • Manage endtoend customer lifecycle whilst focusing on how to keep them engaged
  • Manage and lead a team to deliver on departmental and wider business objectives

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience using SAS/SQL/Python
  • Experience managing a team
  • Experience leading projects to influence business decisions with financial impact
  • Experience in the retail financial services sector
  • Understanding of lending P&L and pricing/ testing methodologies
  • Understanding of compliance regulations
  • A strong university degree in a numerate discipline
