This is a fantastic role, a family feel company, with team work and collaboration at the heart of everything they do.


The Office and Finance Manger position will be suited to somebody who has experience of working in a similar role, a self starter who is willing to come in and really make this role their own.

The cog that makes the office function in the best way possible.

The role will be four days in the office, this will be flexible on the needs of the business.

Duties will include (but not limited to)
-
FINANCE

  • Finance management helping client teams to record upcoming work in the forecast
  • Invoicing issuing invoices to clients, and following up to ensure prompt payment
  • Expense management recording team expenses, ensuring clientrelated expenses are billed back appropriately

OFFICE

  • Taking a proactive approach to ensuring the office is a welcoming environment which always presents itself professionally
  • Liaising with building management and suppliers to ensure everything works to support our daytoday business
  • Keeping all office supplies wellstocked
  • Booking travel and accommodation for the team where required
  • Managing our OneDrive file system ensuring everything is stored in a consistent manager and storage is managed appropriately
  • Staff welfare and entertainment

Essential attributes/experience:


  • Proactive and enthusiastic team player, ready to shape the role and make it their own


  • Office36

  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint & OneDrive
  • Experience at issuing invoices with Xero or a similar package
