We currently have an opportunity for a People and Culture Partner to join our innovative, supportive and collaborative team.

This is an exciting time to join the team as we look to further develop and enhance the overall employee experience through system and process improvements.

Working as a proactive champion for the Fareham College culture and vision, you will be responsible for partnering with managers, coaching and advising them on people development, employee engagement and wellbeing, culture change, employee relations and reward and recognition.

As an experienced people practitioner, you will be used to exploring the root causes of any issues with a systematic approach, whilst finding solutions that help to develop people and teams.

You will be key at building effective and positive working relationships with management into allocated business areas, providing best practice advice in all people matters.

Knowledge/Skills/Experience Required:

Ideally you will be CIPD qualified to level 5 or have equivalent demonstrable experience, be able to demonstrate your experience in developing HR policies and process improvement, and be comfortable in developing team members, and empowering staff.
You should have an excellent understanding and working knowledge of employment legislation relevant to the role responsibilities, advising in line with best practice.
