An excellent opportunity to join a forward thinking, growing independent insurance intermediary specialising in Fleet Insurance, HGV Insurance, Liability Insurance, Van Insurance and Motor Trade Insurance.

Our client is seeking highly motivated administrators to support their very busy sales team.


Key Duties will include;

  • Daily diary management
  • Incoming and outbound calling
  • Insurer and customer documentation processing
  • Renewal document processing
  • Finance and funding
  • Dealing with customers face to face
  • Office filing & post renewals
  • Completing industry training and assisting with training
  • Organising and prioritising workloads
  • Experience in the Insurance industry for at least 1 year would be extremely beneficial
  • A hardworking attitude who shows initiative
  • The ability to work well under pressure and adapt to any situation
  • Conscientious and confident, and wellpresented when meeting the public or insurers
