EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, a thriving independent Estate Agency based in West London to recruit a Letting Administrator to join their professional, fun team.

Offering a salary up to £33k and annual pay increases


As a Letting Administrator you will be dealing with lettings documentation and progression, advertising and marketing materials, supporting the lettings team and ad hoc PA work for the director.

  • The role:
  • Lettings Administrator
  • Dealing with new tenancy documentation; EPC, Gas Safety Certs, EICR, ASTs, Right to Rent checks
  • Pre tenancy checks
  • Property details for new instructions
  • Uploading and amending details on the company website and property portals
  • Entering details into the CRM for contacts, properties and suppliers
  • Working closely with the lettings team to ensure the smooth running of the administrative work
  • Working closely with the director on ad hoc projects
  • PA duties on occaision
  • Answering the telephone

Experience/skills required:

  • 1 years experience working in a lettings administrative role would be beneficial
  • Administrative experience is essential
  • High standard of written and verbal English
  • Excellent eye for detail and communication skills
  • IT proficient

Package/benefits:
- £30k - £33k salary per annum

  • Annual salary increase given to all members of the team
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday Working hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am 6.00pm, Occasional Saturdays pm (worked on a rota system) Time off in lieu/overtime paid for Saturday work
