SEN Learning Support Assistant

About the role:

I am looking for an experienced & reliable SEN Learning Support Assistant to join a fantastic primary school. You will be working full time Monday to Friday 8:30 - 3:30pm.

We are looking for a talented & skilled TA to work with 1:1 with a child who has SEN.


You will be helping the child engage in activities, reading with them & managing their behaviour in a group setting & 1:1.

You will need to be a TA who can remain calm in stressful situations and can positively manage challenging behaviour.

You will be expected to de
- escalate any difficult situations with the children.


This school is extremely warm & welcoming, they have a friendly team of staff who are very supportive towards each other.

Salary:
£65.00-£80.00 per day


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Experience:


  • Special education: 1 year (preferred)
  • School: 1 year (preferred)
  • Childcare: 1 year (preferred)
