Description

Must hold a valid, clean driving license
To ensure all food and drinks are prepared and served to a high standard.

To complete food orders/ buffet food within the appropriate timescales for deliveries / lunch orders.

To ensure customers are provided with a warm and welcoming environment and that customer service is efficient and outstanding.

To answer the phone and take any messages from customers/calls.

To deal with any complaints from staff/customers and record these in the complaints log.

To monitor customer feedback through feedback forms and verbal questioning of customers.

To attend any staff meetings.

To be willing to take part in training as necessary.

To drive the company van to deliver buffets to surrounding areas

To load and unload buffet boxes to and from the van.

To clean the kitchen, counter, buffet area to a high standard and assist in completing any paperwork when required.

Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate is required for this position, but we are happy for it to be obtained once successful applicant has been given the position.

Cost is £24, to be paid by successful applicant.

Part-time, Zero hours contract

Contract length: 24 months

Part-time hours: 16 per week

£10.00 per hour
