_Owens Group is a fast developing, multisite organization, with a large diverse customer base, making this an exciting opportunity. As a result, Owens Group is looking to recruit a POD Administrator to join the team at its Head Office in Bynea Llanelli._

Role Overview:


The POD Administrator is responsible for efficiently and accurately scanning Proof of Delivery documents to confirm the successful delivery of goods.

This role plays a vital part in the documentation and record-keeping process, ensuring that all necessary information is captured and recorded properly.


Salary:
PS25,000 per annum


Working Pattern:
Monday - Friday

Hours of Work: 8:30 - 16:30

Job Specifications:


Document Scanning:
Operate scanning equipment to capture digital copies of Proof of Delivery Documents.

Data Entry:

Enter essential delivery information into digital systems accurately including delivery dates, times, recipient signatures and any exceptions or discrepancies.

To carry out all necessary administration as required by the company to facilitate the smooth running of the Department.

General Administrator Duties which may include but not limited to:
Answering phones and routing calls

Maintaining files and filing, photocopying, faxing etc.

Maintaining spreadsheets

Working unsupervised, managing own work to monthly/weekly deadlines.

  • Communication: Effective communication skills are valuable for reporting issues and coordinating with colleagues as needed

  • Time Management: Effective time management skills to ensure timely scanning and data entry
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Excel)
  • An effective communicator with good telephone manner
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, able to interact at all levels both internal and external
  • Team player with a flexible Can Do attitude.
