Student Worker _with responsibility for Minster Students (0.5) and UCLan (University of Central Lancashire) Church of England Chaplaincy (0.5)_

We are looking for an exceptional Student Worker to join our team, resourcing and empowering local students in Preston to grow in their Christian faith.

You will have experience of working within a church-based context and will be a dynamic leader who is able to reach out to students within and beyond the church.

You might have experience in developing vision, building volunteer teams and delivering an inspiring ministry that enables students to thrive.

• Full time, 39 hours per week, Sunday
• Thursday

- £24,000 - £28,000 per annum depending on experience, plus defined contribution pension scheme

• 25 days annual per annum + bank holidays
• Initial oneyear fixed term contract with a longerterm commitment to continuation funding in place
• Start date: August 2023
• Access to Health Plan scheme offering you health and wellbeing support

This role requires a genuine occupational requirement to the Christian faith.
