Responsibilities as a Customer service administrator

  • Dealing with enquiries
  • Order processing.
  • Raising Quotes
  • Filing
  • Providing Excellent Customer Service
  • Handling Telephone calls in a friendly, professional manner
  • Ability to adapt/ respond positively to different types of characters

Experience / Skills

  • Be highly motivated with a positive, cando, flexible attitude.
  • Have excellent timekeeping and an organised approach.
  • Be a great team player, whilst also being able to work on your own initiative.
  • Possess strong IT skills.
  • Previous Customer Service skills would be an advantage
