Location - Stirling - Scotland
Salary -£14.00 Per hour
Duration - 12 months
Hours

  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday

Summary of a Site Administrator


The key part of this role is to ensure you follow the site procedures and support the site management team by carrying out common office duties.

It is important that you maintain a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first line of contact to visitors, client, and vendors in person, online, and via telephone.

Responsibilities of a Site Administrator

  • Communicates with relevant agencies to produce travel itineraries for AP site reps
  • Arranges meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms, and planning refreshments
  • Assists in planning and arranging events, including organising catering
  • Handles expenses and billing cycles
  • Answers phone calls and transfer them as necessary
  • Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents such as Minutes of Meetings
  • Maintains stock lists and orders office supplies as needed
  • Manages staff expense requests
  • Creates agendas and takes meeting notes as required
  • Assists in purchase orders and invoicing
  • Maintains accurate records for employee holiday requests
  • Photocopies and files appropriate documents as needed
  • Interfaces with AP tools such as Go Completions, OpenText, SAP and others. Training to be provided on the job
  • Provide 3 Month look ahead information letter to residents drafted by the site team
  • Manage and update the complaints and correspondence tracker
  • Support recording of EHS forms to meet monthly KPI's
  • Manage and arrange contractor site induction booking requests
  • Collate and store contractor training certificates and competency cards
  • Support drug and alcohol testing programme as instructed by EHS Manager
