What you'll do


The Range Merchandiser will support the buyer and cross-functional stakeholders with the end to end execution of ranging and merchandising initiatives in line with the commercial & customer strategy.


You'll use your customer understanding, commercial nous and operational knowledge to spot trends in your buying areas, and turn them into insightful and actionable plans for our stores that land effectively and grow our share.

Alongside data analysis and presentation creation, you will be a strong project manager, capable of influencing your peers and external stakeholders to keep to timelines.

Who you are


Your product, market and consumer knowledge will be key, and that will help you make decisions even when there are conflicting demands.

You'll also be able to build a network right around the business, and have the confidence to present a clear, convincing point of view.

Lastly, you'll be comfortable with ambiguity and happy to try a number of approaches until you find the one that works.
