Description

Fantastic national financial advice firm who provide financial planning services to a vast longstanding UK spread client bank are recruiting for a Client Services Manager to look after the Client Services team of 8 across both Weybridge and Watfordoffices.


You will have a vital role ensuring the smooth day to day running of operations across both locations, working with peers and managers to ensure consistent approach to administration across the locations, ensuring all admin duties are carried out compliantlyand best practice is adhered to at all times.


  • As part of the role you will split your time between your Weybridge and Watford teams, being present in the office to support your teams. You will receive a salary of upto £45k + a strong benefits package._

Duties to include:


  • Manage operational team and their workloads across 2 offices
  • Effective work allocation enabling capacity to be identified and productivity maximised
  • In the event work demand exceeds supply support the team on wealth admin
  • Review operations processes, identify and implement process improvements and standardisation
  • Ensure all the business processes are documented, reviewed regularly and are being adopted across all offices
  • Ensure Admin record case notes and update records timely to enable accurate MI and reporting to Directors
  • Continuously review the client experience/journey process to identify and implement improvements
  • Performance management, talent identified, with development plans in place and under performance is managed appropriately
  • Deal with all commission/fee queries in a prompt manner
