We are pleased to be recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join an expanding business located in Hemel Hempstead, in the heart of the Maylands Estate area.

This is a fully office-based position, hours are Monday to Friday, standard office hours, working a 37.25 hour week (flexibility on hours can be discussed if need).

The starting salary for this role is £21,000 and as I said, great opportunities to grow anddevelop.


Duties:


  • Dealing with telephone calls and correspondence.
  • To meet the requirements of the company's clients.
  • Ensure that general correspondence is responded to within 48 hours.
  • Carrying out daily administrative duties that arise.
  • Attending client visit as and when required.
  • Ensure all written communications are presented in a clear, concise, and grammatically correct format.
  • Following company processes to ensure client retention.
  • Listen to customers and identify trends to ensure that improvements take place to match changing requirements.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Confident communicator
  • Administration skills
  • Must be able to present information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
  • Must be able to think 'outside of the box' to resolve customer queries
  • A flexible attitude to work is essential
  • Receptive to changing environment
  • Must demonstrate common sense and good judgement
  • Experience of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Must be able to handle different tasks simultaneously and prioritise a heavy workload
