We are pleased to be recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join an expanding business located in Hemel Hempstead, in the heart of the Maylands Estate area.
This is a fully office-based position, hours are Monday to Friday, standard office hours, working a 37.25 hour week (flexibility on hours can be discussed if need).
Duties:
- Dealing with telephone calls and correspondence.
- To meet the requirements of the company's clients.
- Ensure that general correspondence is responded to within 48 hours.
- Carrying out daily administrative duties that arise.
- Attending client visit as and when required.
- Ensure all written communications are presented in a clear, concise, and grammatically correct format.
- Following company processes to ensure client retention.
- Listen to customers and identify trends to ensure that improvements take place to match changing requirements.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Confident communicator
- Administration skills
- Must be able to present information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
- Must be able to think 'outside of the box' to resolve customer queries
- A flexible attitude to work is essential
- Receptive to changing environment
- Must demonstrate common sense and good judgement
- Experience of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Must be able to handle different tasks simultaneously and prioritise a heavy workload
