Bedford for a rapidly growing company.

£14,000 - £15,000 plus commission


Job Location:
Bedford


Type of Contract:
Permanent, Part Time

Hours: 2 Days a week 8:30am - 6:00pm either Tuesday - Thursday and 3 Saturdays a Month 9:00am - 4:00pm.

The role _

As the
Part Time Sales Negotiator your role will involve the following important duties:

  • Booking market appraisals.
  • Booking and carrying out property viewings.
  • Negotiate offers between the Vendor and Buyer.
  • Market and advertise the property.
  • Answer queries.
  • Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers etc.

The experience required _

As a successful
Part Time Sales Negotiator, you will have the following:

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Display excellent customer service at all times.
  • A Full UK Drivers Licence is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Target driven.
