Beach Baker is delighted to be working in partnership with one of the UK's leading commercial property consultancies. This company are seeking a Commercial Property Administrator for their successful Property and Asset Management team in Manchester.

The opportunity

Your responsibilities will encompass various facets of property management administration, including liaison on day to day accounting matters with accounts team, tenants, surveyors and FMs, monitoring of service charge expenditure and assisting with service charge budgets and reconciliations and keeping tenancy schedules and other data up to date including tenant turnover schedules.

Overall, as a Property Administrator in this commercial property team, you will be pivotal in ensuring the efficient and compliant operation of the company's large and diverse property portfolio, actively managing various aspects of property administration, compliance, and supplier relationships.

You are likely to have the following attributes:

Experience working in an environment with commercial property will also be beneficial.
Be able to demonstrate a track record of being highly organised and able to work for periods autonomously, identifying and focusing on priorities.
Proficient at MS Office including Excel and Teams
