Second Line Support Analyst

Remote Role

Permanent £30,000 to £35,000


Due to a recent merger my client who is a well known housing organisation is looking to expand their current IT team setup by adding a Second Line Support Analyst to the team.

If you are looking for a new role that you can well and truly make you own, manage your time and work towards your own deadlines then this is the perfect opportunity for you.


As second line support analyst you will support more than 4000 users all inhouse work across the entire business unit to provide support to colleagues.

As a second line support analyst you will work closely with the Service Manager.

My client is looking for a self-starter who can prioritise heavy workload and balance project work as well as BAU.

you will be joining an organisation with a long term vision that values team culture and balance as the majority of the team have been there for over 10 years.


  • Previously worked with windows 1
  • Office 36
  • Have prior experience of setting up new users
  • ITIL Qualification or worked in an ITIL environment
You will be rewarded with an excellent pay package

£30,000 - £35,000 (DOE)
