**CUSTOMER INSIGHT ANALYST
UP TO £50,000 + BENEFITS
LONDON**
OVERVIEW


You will work as a Customer Insight Analyst for a leading retailer to help internal clients explore new ways of communicating with their customers.


THE ROLE

  • Supporting the Senior Loyalty and CRM Insights Manager in analysis, finding and recommending opportunities, and scoping requirements with other internal teams
  • Work closely with the Data Science team to productionise your work
  • Supporting campaign optimisation and build models
  • Demonstrate a real understanding of how to translate business trends, challenges and opportunities into customercentric solutions
  • You will develop new ways of looking into their customers, their lifecycle, and how to measure success through KPIS

THE EXPERIENCE

  • Python or R (Essential)
  • SQL
  • Experience of explaining insights
  • Measuring the performance of customer communications across multiple delivery methods
  • Knowledge of statistics, linear algebra, probability theory, regression models, predictive models, clustering and segmentation
  • A passion for utilising data to drive behavioural change within a business
