Assistant Accountant

Uxbridge, Middlesex

£26,000 + Pension + Bupa

If you are at the start of your career in accountancy and would like to join a small, very successful Practice then this Assistant Accountant role is perfect for you.

Some of your duties will include:

Assisting Accountant with the preparation of accounts on behalf of a wide range clients
Working on behalf of small businesses, sole traders, partnerships and Limited Companies
Managing bookkeeping function from instigation stage through to trial balance level
Preparing sales, purchase and nominal ledger records on computer system
Producing cash book records, reconciling bank statements and investigating anomalies
Calculating and preparing VAT returns for clients and completing online submissions
