We are recruiting a Global Director of Record-to
  • Report (R2R) for a large listed business.

The role will manage a team based in India and will be responsible for the accounting services, month end, roll out the R2R work-stream from one model to another.

Underneath this role you have teams that are responsible for inter-company, balance sheet recs,revenue recognition, fixed assets and statutory accounts production.

This role looks at how people, process and technology can enhance a role.

It looks at identifying problems, coaching the wider global finance team on how R2R works and how it can benefitthem.

The role also looks at driving strong processes and procedures throughout the R2R team. Putting in best in class internal controls.

This role is responsible for looking at the function globally, business partnering with the group finance and businessunit finance teams.

This person will ensure the month end calendar is tight, looking at operating procedures and designs and be innovative with chance.
