Insight Executive Group pare working in partnership with an NHS Trust in North London who are currently looking to recruit Business Partner in Analytics (BPA) on a full time permanent contract with a starting salary of up to £72k.


The BPA is responsible for decision support reporting analytics: collating, reporting, analysing and presenting data-support information; for all aspects of their area of responsibility and for managing and coordinating the activities of a team of analysts.


The issue of quality of data and information pervades all aspects of the delivery of patient care and is the responsibility of everyone involved in delivering and supporting that care.

Ensuring that information held on the Trust's information systems isof the highest possible standard (accurate, consistent and timely) is crucial for legal, operational, clinical, patient safety and contractual purposes.

High-quality data can then be transformed into information and analytics which is vital to good decisionmaking in the organisation. This is a key element of the role of the Business Partners.

The BPA will be able to demonstrate:

  • Power BI and/or SQL experience
- experience of developing strategies, implementation plans and identification of resource requirements
- significant experience of successful development and maintenance of policies, procedures and day to day working practices in a reporting and analytics environment
- significant experience relating to performance reporting & planning activity including D&C modelling
