Dementia Care Partner

Caring for our residents and making sure they live, love and be loved is a big priority for us and in the newly created role of Dementia Care Partner, you will support us to make sure we do just that.

This is a hands on role which would suit someone who is a good communicator, able to influence across all levels of the business and who is able to manage their own workload and prioritise.

In particular, you will be able to think both in and outside the box and be innovative.

We are looking for someone who has experience of working in a similar role within the health and social care sector and who brings with them a passion for delivering person centred care.

Location:
Regional role covering London and Southeast.

Hours:
Part time (3 or 4 days per week) Days to suit

Pay:
£65,000 pro rata plus £3,000 car allowance

Contract:
Part-time 24 or 36 hours, Permanent
