ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR
PART- TIME 15 HOURS
£15-00 PER HOUR

The brand is synonymous with providing first-class real estate services for buyers and sellers alike and has an enviable reputation for client engagement and retention.
The planned expansion of the brand within the UK is gathering significant pace through 2024, and to support this the company is strengthening its' team with the appointment of a part-time Accounts Administrator to work at our Wolverhampton offices.
The role will support the continued success and growth of the company and the person appointed to this role will contribute to the overall performance of the business.
The role involves:
- General accounts responsibilities including invoicing, bank reconciliations, bank payments and credit control.
- Preparing basic accounts information.
- Ensuring complete and correct records are kept and maintained as required.
- Ensuring general administrative processes are adhered to and further improved.
- Windows Excel database updates.
The person will need to demonstrate:
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines
- A detailed understanding of sales and purchase ledger
- Experience with Xero accounting systems and Gocardless a benefit
- Desire to grow with the business and be part of a successful team
