The role of the Night Auditor is to welcome the guests the Ibis Rugby East in line with the Welcome Project - to undertake the arrivals/departures of the guests and provide service in the Breakfast Restaurant whilst ensuring the stay of the guests at the hotel is above their expectations.

• Overview of duties

• Contributes to guest satisfaction by providing a high standard of service in line with norms and procedures
• Is responsible for the hotel once the daytime managers are off duty
• Helps the department meet its quantitative and qualitative targets
• Ensures the safety of property and people Handles any guest complaints and/or remarks; provides a response as soon as possible
• Makes every effort to meet customers' needs to conclude a sale
• Follows up the administration of reservations very thoroughly, making checkin/out operations easier for the front desk team
