We require a qualified and experienced Room Leader/Senior Practitioner to work part time, 27 to 30 hours per week in the Toddler Room of our very busy and vibrant nursery.
The Room Leader working in partnership the Manager and Deputy Manager is responsible for the effective leadership of the nursery team in their room.
Providing guidance and direction, coaching and mentoring and effectively lead, inspire and engage their team to deliver exceptional care and education.
Room Leaders will deliver high engagement with staff and families whilst ensuring the expected levels of practice are consistently applied and fully embedded at every level.
Successful applicants are required to provide two references and undergo a DBS Enhanced Disclosure.
