As an Administrator within our Nolan Roadmarking depot your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Providing administrative support for all departments within the office.
  • Liaising with Operations/Finance to provide updates interdepartmentally.
  • Filing, both physical and digitally.
  • Maintain Excel reports for use within the wider WJ Group.
  • Processing team inboxes for customer services.
  • Processing team inboxes for accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Update and maintain paper and digital records for all departments.
  • Preparing written communications for team members.
  • Maintain office consumable stock levels.
  • Sales invoice processing onto ERP system (IFS).
  • Purchase ledger invoice processing onto ERP system (IFS).
  • Daily bank reconciliation.
  • Supplier statement reconciliation.
  • Matching purchase orders and delivery notes with purchase invoices.
  • Credit control duties including sending customer statements and chasing any outstanding debt.
  • Ad hoc duties as and when required by the business.

Qualifications

  • Administrative experience essential.
  • Experience in finance administration preferred.
  • Some exposure to an ERP system would be beneficial, but not essential as full training will be provided.
  • Strong excel skills.
  • Good attention to detail and right first time approach.
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills.

Additional Information

  • Full time, permanent position. (Open to parttime)
  • Salary range £24,000 £26,000 (Dependant on Experience)
  • 40 hours per week (office based) (Prorated)
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays (prorated).
