Order Processor
Responsibilities
Process incoming orders from sales team, telephone orders and purchase orders.
- Create and update all order entries with complete and accurate information
- Monitor all live orders to ensure progression
- Liase with internal departments on any additional order information
- Provide excellent customer service updating customers on order status
- Process telephone payments
- Department administration, updating systems and general filing.
- Other duties as assigned by Team Leader
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an Order Processing or Customer Service role is preferable
- Strong administration skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
Salary:
£24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus scheme
