Job description:


The role of the Admin Hub Administrative Support/Deputy Building Custodian for Regional Delivery Central is an exciting and challenging opportunity within DIO at RAF Wyton.

You will be working in a friendly and supportive team in a fast pace, reactive and varied role.

You will need to have excellent IT and organisational skills and the flexibility to turn your hand to different tasks as the situation demands.


The position is customer facing and will suit those who have an ability to communicate well to a diverse group of customers.

You will be engaging with a broad range of stakeholders and building relationships with colleagues across the wider DIO team.

Person specification:


  • Assist with the Regional Delivery Central assurance process and the provision of accurate data to support the annual assurance return.
  • Conduct minutes in weekly meetings for teams across Regional Delivery Central.
  • Assist Admin Hub Assistant Manager with Financial Letters of Delegation.
  • Manage the Quarterly Recognition and Appreciation Scheme.
  • Maintain and monitor a multiuser inbox.
  • Ordering Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Ensure the building remains safe and secure for all occupants.
  • Undertake checks for all fire alarms, fire extinguishers and assist in building fire evacuation.
  • Maintain first aid boxes and defibrillator.
  • Ad hoc duties as and when required.

Desirable Experience & Skills
Competent in the use of Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel.
