Meraki Talent are actively working with an Asset Management firm, based in Glasgow, who are looking to expand within their transfers operations, where you will be responsible for all actions regarding asset transfers in and out and internal transfers.

Key duties will include;

Processing transfers, across platforms
Processing internal transfers
Ensure the transfer is completed, and escalate where necessary
Setting up nominee accounts
Providing KYC documents as required

As part of this role you will be required to liaise with fund managers, as well as internal departments, maintain client account data.

It is important applicants have strong communication skills, and able to build and maintain relationships with 3rd parties, fund managers and internal parties.

Applicants should have come from a wealth management or private client asset background, where they have gained operational process experience, and have an understanding of re-registrations.

This is initially a 12month FTC, offering a hybrid approach to working.
